We Own Everything We Manage
We own everything we manage, and the majority of day to day maintenance and capital improvements are completed by our in-house maintenance teams. Our office staff has a combined experience of 75 years. We are active members of the Columbus Apartment Association, with 2 seats on the Board of Trustees, and a former chair person of the Crime Reduction Committee and a seat on the Legislative Committee. F&W has also been recognized by the National Apartment Association in an article published on our “Get Tough” policy against any of our residents that are engaged in illegal activity. We work closely with the community and our residents to encourage them to take pride in their home and part of that is to work with us to monitor the community closely and keep it safe and free of crime. It is the kind of partnership that makes crime prevention a winning proposition for property management and residents, and creates a desirable community.
