    Trisha Breedlove is an associate attorney at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 2016, Trisha graduated from The University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Trisha gained valuable legal experience working as a legal assistant at a local Akron firm where she worked on complex civil and criminal litigation cases. Following law school, Trisha practiced as a defense lawyer for two years. Her practice entailed representing clients throughout northern Ohio, including nearly every county and municipal court in the greater Cleveland, Toledo and Akron Metropolitan areas. Since being recruited by the Spitz Law Firm, Trisha has continued to represent clients focusing her practice on employment law in The Spitz Law Firm Beachwood office.

  • Matthew G. Bruce

    Matt is a Partner at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 2008, Matthew graduated from the University of Akron School of Law. For nearly a decade, Matthew has represented individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in various areas of law, including criminal defense, complex business litigation, and labor and employment. As an attorney with The Spitz Law Firm, Matthew focuses his practice on litigation and representing current and former employees in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour lawsuits, ensuring that his clients are treated fairly and their rights protected. Matthew has represented numerous clients throughout the State of Ohio, in both state and federal courts, against employers and businesses of every type and size.

    David Byrnes is an associate attorney at The Spitz Law Firm. David graduated from the University of Utah in 2002 with a business degree in Finance. After working in commercial and residential real estate transactions, David attended law school and graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2010. While in law school, David was a Legal Intern for Community Development at the Milton Kramer Legal Clinic, a judicial extern for the Honorable William T. Thurman, a Moot Court finalist, and an Honors Writing Fellow. David has devoted his legal career to providing thoughtful and effective counsel while fighting for his clients’ rights in both civil and criminal cases. David continues to use his diverse experience in business and law to find successful solutions for his clients at The Spitz Law Firm.

  • Daniel Dubow

    Daniel Dubow received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2013, and his juris doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Danny sought experiences helping others through clerking at the Franklin County Public Defender, and through work in a Criminal Defense Clinic. Danny also has experience working with Cleveland families through a clerkship with a local family law firm. Upon joining The Spitz Law Firm in 2017, Danny brought his dedication to fighting for others while focusing on employment issues.

  • Katie Epperson

    Katie Epperson received her bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in 2016, and her juris doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2019. While in law school, Katie gained valuable experience clerking at the United States Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Katie was involved in the Women’s Law Student Association and Moot Court. In her final year of Moot Court, Katie’s team took third in a National Moot Court Competition, hosted in Chicago. Katie is passionate about making law services accessible to everyone. Katie joined The Spitz Law Firm to fight employment discrimination.

    Paul is an associate with Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 2016, Paul graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.     Evan McFarland attended Wabash College for his bachelor’s degree in political science. He then attended Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law for his juris doctor, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, he was on the Northern Kentucky Law Review and was chairman for Chase Law’s Environmental Law Society. He also spent a semester-in-practice with his Ohio Limited Practice License representing criminal defendants in court for the Hamilton County Public Defender. Evan joined The Spitz Law Firm in 2017 to fight for employees and their rights.

  • Barry R. Murner

    Barry is an associate at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 1997, Barry graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Upon graduation, Barry worked as an assistant prosecutor for two years. From 2000 to 2011, Barry transitioned to civil litigation working for two prominent law firms in the Cleveland area. From 2011-2017, Barry worked was a partner at a small local handling a variety of legal matters. Barry has been involved in extensive civil litigation and several jury trials during his career. After being recruited to The Spitz Law Firm, Barry has focused his practice on employment law.

  • Samuel Robb

    Sam’s passion for law was sparked at a young age, watching Judge Judy with his grandparents. Sam received his bachelor’s degree from Alma College, where he also played football. Sam went on the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate, focusing his studies on employment and labor litigation. While in law school, Sam gained valuable experience in the field of employment and labor law, interning at multiple plaintiff-side employment law firms and the National Labor Relations Board. Sam is passionate about fighting for workers’ rights and ensuring that every employee is treated fairly.

  • Nicole Rode Riggins

    Nikki Riggins graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2017. There, Nikki worked as a research assistant for The Center for Health Law and Policy. Nikki was the Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association (“WLSA”) for two years and the President of WLSA for one year. Nikki was a student clinician at The Community Advocacy Clinic where she assisted low income families with a variety of legal issues. Nikki received multiple awards for her community service including a Certificate of Achievement for Pro Bono Services from the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation and Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor. Nikki previously worked in the legal department at a Cleveland based reentry program where she assisted ex-offenders overcome legal barriers to obtaining gainful employment and living a crime free life. Most recently, Nikki joined the Spitz Law Firm to help fight employment discrimination.

  • Angela Rodriguez

    Angela is an associate attorney at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. While at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Angela clerked for a small firm, gaining experience with civil and criminal motion practice. She stayed with the firm when she passed the Ohio bar in 2001 and represented defendants in criminal cases. She became an assistant prosecutor with the City of Cleveland in 2002 and gained valuable experience in both trial and appellate practice. Angela tried hundreds of criminal cases to the bench and was first chair on dozens of jury trials. After being recruited to The Spitz Law Firm, Angela has focused her practice on employment law.

  • Neil Rubin

    Neil Rubin brings a wide-ranging background to the Spitz Law Firm having first earned a BS and MS in Environmental Science prior to embarking on the practice of law. An attorney admitted in Ohio since 1998, Neil has a broad legal background and real-world business, transactional and litigation experience. He has held positions with academia, major corporations, small law firms and as a solo practitioner focusing on employment law, general civil litigation, privacy law, and criminal defense.

  • Tina Sciboni

    Tina Scibona, a Northeast Ohio native, joined The Spitz Law Firm after several years in litigation practice in order to further her interest in helping people. Tina graduated from the University of Akron, magna cum laude, with a BA in Political Science with minors in Pre-Law and Theatre Arts. At Akron she was a member of Tau Beta Sigma, Ohio’s Pride (Akron’s Marching Band), University Band and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. After, she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Currently Tina is a member of the Ashtabula Brass Band.

    Brian Spitz is the founding and managing attorney of The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 1997, Brian graduated from Case Western Reserve University with honors. At that time, Brian began gaining extensive trial and litigation experience at some of the most respected law firms in Cleveland. In 2007, Brian took his passion for vigorously representing his clients and directed it into founding The Spitz Law Firm, where he is now the Managing Attorney.

    Christopher P. Wido is a partner at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. Prior to attending Law School, Christopher served in the United States Air Force in Enid, Oklahoma. In 2013, Christopher graduated from The University of Akron School of Law with honors. While in law school, Christopher gained extensive legal experience working at a local Cleveland law firm where he worked on high volume and complex civil litigation cases. Following law school, Christopher joined The Spitz Law Firm where he has continued to represent clients in employment law.

  • Kelly L. Wilson

    Kelly L. Wilson is a partner at The Spitz Law Firm, LLC. In 2009, Kelly graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law with honors. While in law school, Kelly gained valuable legal experience working as a research assistant for her law professor on a project that analyzed the decisions of the South African Constitutional Court, and as a fellow at the Housing Court Law Clinic. Kelly also served as a Managing Editor and Associate for the Cleveland State Law Review where her note was chosen for publication.
