  • Rachel Botkin

    Rachel is a licensed Physical Therapist with 20 years of clinical and management experience in home health, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings. She is currently the Owner and President of Botkin Rehab Services, LLC. She earned her Advanced Competency in Home Health in 2017 and authored an elective module on neurological rehab in the home for the course. She became board certified in Neurological Physical Therapy in 2005. Rachel has been an adjunct faculty member at Clark State Community College, teaching neurological rehab to PTA students since 2008. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Home Health, Geriatrics, and Neurological Sections where she serves on the home health practice committee and co-authored the Home Health Toolbox for Outcome Measures.

  • Jonathan Zins, PT, DPT

    Jonathan completed his geriatric residency experience with Botkin Rehab Services at The Ohio State University in 2022 and will sit for his Geriatric Certified Specialist exam in the Spring of 2023. His clinic experience included multiple settings of geriatric practice including outpatient, acute care, and home healthcare. During his residency, he created and delivered a 6-hour continuing education course on best practices for the treatment of Parkinson's disease in rural Ohio. He also wrote a case study on the value of creativity and clinical problem solving to overcome barriers in the complex older adult. He presented this case study at the 2022 OPTA Transform Conference in Columbus, Ohio. Jonathan values innovation, alternative thinking, and originality to enhance the delivery of physical therapy in older adults.

    Lindsay Goodman, PT, DPT, GCS (she/her) has been practicing home health Physical Therapy in Columbus, OH since 2009. She earned a BS in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University. She then went on to complete OSU's Geriatric Residency Program and became a Geriatric Certified Specialist. She cares deeply about improving the lives of older adults through movement and education. When Lindsay isn't seeing patients, she enjoys going on little adventures with her 2 kids and husband, exploring the Columbus fitness scene, crafting, caring for houseplants, traveling to warm places, baking, volunteering with the school, relaxing with her cats, and anything Disney.
